The Management works very closely with a team of veteran Group Directors and Project Managers whom are all competently supported by a stronghold of proficient sales agents with impressive track record in the sales of properties both locally and internationally.
All their experience and expertise include representing clients in formulating sales strategies and executing them in a timely manner. They have helped manage numerous portfolios of investors with prime residential assets. Their portfolio of clients comprise both local and overseas developers, foreign diplomats, multi-national corporations, global institutional funds, banks and High-Net-Worth individuals.
Our primary objective is to ensure that the entire sales process is as smooth as possible so that our clients and their clients receive the highest level of service quality and advice.

- Appointing an experienced Project Manager who will work closely with an appointed Project Director in taking the lead in dealing with clients directly on all matters concerning our appointments. We believe that this single point of contact is essential to the success of the assignment as it facilities better communication for the efficient implementation of marketing strategies and agreed procedures around the sale of a project.
- Formulating standardized Sales and Marketing procedures and enforce the essence of abiding by them by providing consisting training to all our Project Managers and sales agents.
- Conduct regular meetings with our clients and their appointed representatives in order to establish operating and reporting procedures.
